Thank You!
I have finally submitted pictures to my web designer, Ms. Zina Jordan; therefore you should be able to view events and family fun time very soon.
I promise to be a bit more diligent about submitting pics to Zina.
My before and after pictures for the weight lost page will be posted soon and the topic will be a regular talked about topic on the show as I report in each Thursday.
Join me as I get the weight off!
I am in the process of finalizing a plan with a trainer, you will meet him in January as a guest of the show. I hope to have Jeremy, the director at the YMCA I attend on also.

Praying for all!
Remembering all affected by "Sandy" throughout the world!
Praying something good emerges from this horrible storm that has cost families world-wide some type of hardship.
Many have lost love ones, friends, family members, finances, houses, material things, hope, courage, faith, employment etc.
Many are stuck in airports, foreign countries and without their luggage, the stress levels are more-than-likely very high and understandably so!
Please know I am praying that through all of this ugliness that the peace of God continues to remind you He is with you. Did you see the beautiful rainbow in the sky after the storm? It was aired on one of the news stations.
