Today was a great week> I was able to stay focused on my food choices and see a reduction on the scale.

  1. Good Morning,
I have just completed DVD number 3 of the Shun T “Insanity” series and you guys know what, well you have to try it for yourself.
I survived 28 min of a 40min program, but I do feel stronger in just three days. Pretty soon I will be strong enough to survive the full 40 min, hooray. I will document my weight each Tuesday. Today my 7 yr old granddaughter exercised with me and she completed the whole 40 minutes. Go Mikah!!!

    1. What gym will you be joining? We will keep each other in check. The weight Watchers plan really helps with portion control, and I love the encouragement I receive at the meetings. Just remember if you only lose 1 pound per week, at the end of a year it is still a loss of 52 pounds. Stay encouraged!

  12. Ok it is true I have not worked as hard as I should have to get healthy. I am now 225 lbs. I started the insanity series and hip hop abs today 03/25/2013. I am trying to get my pics uploaded but I keep getting the message, "file to large" however they will be posted this week. I will post new pics each month and new weight each Monday. Please keep me in your prayers as i continue to say no to junkfood, candy, cakes, ice cream etc....

  13. I had my first shakeology drink today and I must admit it wasn't bad. I guess I can do this once a day. I have committed to trying it for at least a month.
Today is the beginning of my 3rd day w/o junk food and I am still suffering through withdrawals. I find myself thinking more on why I grab the chips, candy etc sometimes it’s just boredom. Yesterday I wanted to chew on something crunchy while watching television; however I did not grab chips but fruit.
I am making a number of changes over the next 30 days: no junk food, exercise at least 30 minutes each day, and to replace one meal with shakeology, and most importantly pay attention to my life, the choices I make, and why.
Day number 3, it’s gonna be a grand day!
    Carolyn Denise
