Nothing to brag about!!!

Recently I attended a school football game and while I was watching several of my students play the game, a conversation was going on behind me that I begin to listen and pay attention to.
Several young ladies in grades 6th-8th were bragging of no longer being virgins and of acts, sexual acts, they allow(ed) boys to perform on them. The language was vulgar, and extremely disrespectful. Several young ladies spoke of how disrespectful some were and encouraged them to stop.

I would like to ask, what is wrong with being a virgin? I am planning to meet with the leader of a mentoring group at my school where a few of these girls attend on a weekly basis. In the mean time I am putting together a collection of clips of girls that are 10-25 years of age, virgins and are not ashamed.
If you are a young lady or man or if you know of one, please record a clip with the information below and submit clip to CarolynDenise@ymail.com
Age:
Are you a virgin?
Why do you find no shame in being a virgin?
Are you willing to speak with young ladies between 11 -14 yrs of age?
If you are not a virgin, what age where you when virginity was lost?
Do you regret losing virginity?
At what age was virginity lost?
Are you willing to speak with young ladies between 11 -14 yrs of age?
Thanks for doing your part in helping me help our young children find pride in not spreading themselves around sexually!

  1. I know a few young ladies that may be willing to help out that will reach out to. Unfortunately, in many cases our youth want to be accepted by someone so bad, that their willing to go to any length to fit in. The fortunate part of this story is there was someone willing to step to them about their crude conversation and behavior in spite of their ignorance. Our young ladies need to know how much God loves them and that He has a plan for their live's. His plan doesn't include unwanted teen pregnancy, abortion and STD's often linked to promiscuous sexual behavior. Thanks for being a champion and taking on this issue. Our youth deserve to know the truth behind the smoke and mirrors of the entertainment world.
