Remember to forget!!!
ReplyDeleteI read a great article in the May edition of "Gospel Now" magazine by Farris Long. You should check it out.
It advises one to remember to forget the past failures and embrace the one life you have to live. Each day is a new day of promises to go after and fresh air to breath. Live your best life now.
Keep your head up, and always remember you are valuable.
ReplyDeleteYears ago, I worked at Universal Studios inside the Spiderman shop and children would come in requesting autographs from the staff. If they collected enough autographs, they would win a prize. I signed my name Carolyn Denise a famous author see you on Oprah… To the children, that meant nothing they had their eyes on the prize at the end. However, once they ran outside and showed their parents, it never failed that one or at times, both would come in asking more questions. They had their eyes on the right now. Had I met Oprah? Am I famous? What is the name of my book? Funny thing is I had not written a paragraph not to mention a book.
ReplyDeleteMy 7 yr old granddaughter was with me this weekend and as I worked on one project, she sat typing her second book, which she named, “I AM THE BOSS” and I thought to myself, GOD is good!
Pray for guidance, and move on what you hear in your spirit. Do not talk yourself out of your dream, vision, plan, goal, hope, or success, hear obey, and move!
ReplyDeletePsalms 32:1
ReplyDeleteBlessed is the person whose transgression is forgiven, whose sin is covered.
If you can take a breath, then you still have life, so let go of the old embrace and get moving in the new. Your life is not just about you, but also those that will be inspired by the struggles you did not let define you. Walk, love, and live like the blessed person you are.
Love Ya,
Carolyn Denise

ReplyDeleteOur pastor asked, “Why do you love God?” and my 7 yr old granddaughter
ReplyDeleteSaid, “Grandma, I know why I love God.” “Why?” I asked, “Because He died for me.,” she responded. Priceless!
Simple embrace His love and understand that He just simply loves you. You do not have to jump through a number of religious, church rules and regulations to be loved you are already loved. That price was paid on the cross. Now just live a life of love and forgiveness. Read the Bible for yourself! In addition, ask for Godly reading and understanding as you read. Keep it as simple as my 7-year-old grandbaby stated it.
Praise the Lord, I will praise the Lord while I live; I will sing praises to my God while I have my being! Psalm 146
ReplyDeleteThere are so many that wish they could stand, lift their hands, shout and leap for joy, please do not take it for granted that you can. Appreciate the fact you can, and bless Him actively !!!
